In the semi-basement – hallway; two double bedrooms, one with cot; a triple room; a double room; full bathroom with shower.
Outside: private parking space in the inner courtyard facing the street.
From the parking area a flight of stairs leads up to the veranda, the loggia, the swimming pool and the courtyard where there is an outdoor shower, sink, barbecue, drying rack, outdoor furniture, sun loungers, parasol. The Villa has alarm-burglar alarm system and has a safe.
On the First Floor: with separate access; apartment used by the owner on the weekends.
