Villa Genn’e Mari takes the name of the beach, which in ancient Sardinian, derived from the Latin, means Lanua Maris, meaning door to the sea. The villa is in fact located right in the middle of the beach, directly on the sand, a few meters from the sea. The villa was the subject of a photo shoot by a top architecture magazine.

The Villa Genn’e Mari was built to the design and construction of the owner, a university professor engineer, who followed every step of the construction. The architectural idea is that all the internal and external load-bearing walls are made of large river stones, thus highlighting their structural function. The villa is built directly in contact with the beach, a few steps away and you are immersed in the transparent waters of one of the most beautiful sites in southern Sardinia.

The heart of the house is represented by a large living room opening onto a terrace with a 180 degree panoramic view of the sea, expertly furnished with antiques.
The sleeping area is divided into four bedrooms, two doubles, and two with a queen-size bed, two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub. Two bedrooms look directly onto a second terrace furnished with sun beds.
The kitchen is well equipped for every need. Next to the kitchen is a third bathroom for guests, with an adjoining fifth single bedroom for guests or the maid.

Outside, a large room, partially covered, equipped with a large granite table for outdoor dining. Closely adjacent is a large barbecue. Another table is directly connected to the main kitchen for outdoor breakfast.

The villa has a large garden that slopes towards the sea, with mostly local vegetation and ends with a large covered panoramic terrace of 50sqm. The terrace is directly facing the beach, is furnished with garden furniture and is equipped with a Sardinian-style fireplace. Three steps separate the terrace from the beach.

Within walking distance guests can reach a well stocked supermarket with local products, a bar, a restaurant / pizzeria, a newsagent, a boutique, an ATM.

Inside the village, (about 700 meters away) there are tennis courts, basketball courts, five-a-side football fields, a playground for children etc.

Each rental requires a final cleaning, which costs € 250.00 (payable on arrival).
The price includes garden maintenance, gas, water, * electricity, internet and TV.
